I designed this yummy strawberry sauce project for a Valentine’s Day treat, but it would be darling as a wedding favour too.

To use as a wedding favour, you’ll just need to make sure you investigate proper canning techniques so that you can make it in advance and so it won’t go bad if your guests don’t consume it immediately. Oh, and you’ll want to lose the ‘sweet & saucy’ tag, unless you fancy an embarrassing moment with your sleazy new uncle-in-law at your reception. Awwwkward.
